Gateway Project Registration

To participate in the Gateway Project you will need to

1. Be 18 years old or older;

2. Read the Information Sheet, which describes the Gateway Project, and confirm your desire to participate;

3. Create an Gateway account by entering your email address and creating a password; and

4. Complete a 20-40 minute survey called the Gateway Survey.
